Very disappointed with my transaction.
Phone received on 9th jan, accepted and payment "sent" on 9th jan, payment sate into my account 20th jan.
Given I asked for a direct payment in the form of a bank transfer, I cannot understand an eleven day delay.
Had I been made aware payment would be delayed for elevens days I would not have agreed to the sale and would have sold my phone elsewhere. In the age of instant payments this is unacceptable and to say I am frustrated by this experience would be an understatement.
Very poor service indeed.
So much for a speedy service.
Still, on the plus side I have plenty of time to vent my frustrations.
Will not be using envirofone again and will be sure to share my experience with others.
