Just needed a telephone number and all the upset customers could get help

Missed delivery as I was unaware it was even coming. No e-mail from vendor, manufacturer or Xdp. I absolutely HATE it when a company only provides an e-mail address to get in touch. Being able to speak to a person who can give you an answer or at least reassure that an answer is coming is invaluable and the lack of a telephone number for Xdp is EXACTLY why there are SO many angry customer reviews on here.

Luckily my delivery was attempted a second time and I was home (again, no contact at all from anyone to suggest this might happen and it was pure chance that I was in).

Hello, thankyou for taking the time to post this review, The phone issue is going to be resolved very shortly, they have only recently been removed, due to depots been inundated with calls for eta's instead of using the tracking system as advised.

I am glad your delivery was good on the second attempt.
