Excellent quality and service.

We ordered a towel rail which arrived missing a grub screw so my husband was unable to put it up. Rung Best Bathrooms about it and they were very helpful. Was expecting another grub screw to be sent, but another towel rail arrived, this one having all the needed screws ! When i rung to thank them and ask what i was to do with the first towel rail, i was told to keep it,very honest company to deal with, we shall certainly use them again.
