Waited 21 days for a delivery of a bedside cabinet that was supposed to take three to five days. The put on the tracking site that it was out for delivery so I stayed in at the set time. I saw a van pull up , the driver got out , looked in the back and then went off ! I phoned the company andthey said they would get onto XDP. I waited more days , still nothing on the site . In the end I phoned the company again I had ordered the cabinet from and said I thought XDP had lost the goods. They said it looked like it . The following day a new update on the tracking site appeared saying it would be delivered yesterday. I waited in again. A really dirty white van turned up with two blokes in it. They looked in the back for a minute, sat in the cab and went off. They then update the tracking site saying I had refused delivery !! This was an out and out fib as I never got the chance - they didnt have the goods with them so this was probably their best answer. I will never, ever order goods again from any company who uses them as a courier.

Never again .............

Ordered a bedside cabinet , said it would be 3-5 days. Am now nearly at three weeks. They dont answer the phone and the delivery people they use are awful. They said I could track the goods online which I did. It seemed to take ages to get to the local depot and eventually said they were out for delivery. I waited in and saw a van pull up, driver got out and looked in the back. He obviously couldnt find what he wanted so drove off. The status of my order was changed to CARDED. Nobody answers the phone at the local depot or answers emails. I am currently nearly 100 pounds out of pocket with no bedside cabinet and cant get any replies for World Stores or the delivery company. Hopeless
