The tile colour was described on-line as floral decor on bone background. I ordered sample first. Surprisingly the sample color was rather white. I checked if there was a possibility to order a wrong tile by mistake, but white background wasn't available. I loved the tile anyway and decided to order some. When the main order arrived they were totally different! They were really bone, almost beige. I had to change my design completely. Still not sure it will look good. What's a matter to order the sample then?
The delivery was quick but somebody who was responsible to arrange the order wasn't bothered about checking the boxes. The result was that one particular box had a different ton of tile's decor. Then the second delivery was arrange in a couple of days and the wrong box was replaced. It's alright, they are very helpful, but what's a point of an extra fast delivery? Sad any way. They spent extra money because somebody hadn't done their job properly.
