Absolutely dreadful service. I had phone and broadband arranged for 20th February. It didn't happen. I complained. They said BT had cancelled phone order without telling anyone. It was rebooked for 12th march. A few days before they sent me an email saying it was cancelled. Again, no explanation given whatsoever. I rang and asked. Was told again that BT cancelled the line because I had not contacted them. Nobody had informed me I must contact BT, or told me who to contact or why. I asked for it to be reinstated again at earliest opportunity. I am now told it will be 29th march. This is more than 5 weeks after the date I was supposed to get it, that's if it comes at all. I am going to be ringing to cancel my order tonight. Useless..
