I sent my damaged iPhone 5 to envirofone because they said "We don’t offer an average price for a faulty phone; instead we take the time to test each individual mobile so that you get an individual price for the individual fault."
After saying they haven't received my phone for 6 days (when intact the tracker showed they had) I contacted them and amazingly the next day they had not only received the phone, but had tested it and found it was damaged.
Everywhere was offering me around £90 for my faulty phone. After taking their time they offer me a paltry £20. £70 less than almost every competitor.
Absolute waste of time. What has happened. I used envirofone many many years ago when they were the industry leaders and pioneers. (sold some old nokias). They are a shadow of their former self and are trading on their name.
