Not satisfied...
The wrong item has been sent and despite 3 emails and 2 weeks delay I am still waiting on a replacement or confirmation of what is to happen next. No alternative but to raise a dispute with paypal

You should of received this item by now, but we have noticed items have been taking a little longer over the last few weeks via first class packet service.
