Used numerous occasion and rarely had a problem, however when I have they have sorted out issues immediately.

Very Strict 7 day return polciy - Customer Service also very arrogant
On paper looked a good on-line retailer (good brand and cheap), however when I received the items it looked nothing like what I had ordered. Don’t trust the pictures on the website.
They are also very strict on their 7 days return rule. I brought the clothes to go away on holiday, and then did not want to take them as they looked inferior and did not match expectations. Then returned from holiday hoping to still send, though they are adamant they wont take them back.
Their customer services dept is very arrogant also…
Would I recommend them, only if you want to buy clothes that you will never wear.
Be warned, make sure you have viewed the exact product on a competitor website to double check what it looks like, as their pictures are deceptive and mis-leading

Brought a BBQ two years ago, which had issues. The product was slightly damaged in various placed. They initially responded showing a concern and requested photos. These were sent on numerous attempts as they indicated they did not receive theme until I sent them individually, however after that I never got a response or even a confirmation they received the photos. The issues have resulted in fat draining down the side, and as of yet after 30 or so email and attempts to contact them, no response
Lacking in customer service and responsibility, you have been warned.

Furthermore, we have never experienced any problems with the photography on our website. All images are supplied to us by a professional photographic studio, who also supply images for the websites of many leading high street stores, we have had no other issues regarding their quality.
