Sorry to give a bad review as you have been excellent up to now but over Christmas it all went horribly wrong. I received 2 tops the same although the invoice said I had ordered 2 different ones and you sent me the wrong handbag which is still in it's packing. ...as is the duplicate top. I didn't have time to send them back at the time :-(
NOW READ THIS:Now I'd like to add that their customer care is fantastic - after seeing my review (above) they tracked me down and offered me a full refund despite it being so late - what can I say ....absolutely fabulous!!!!!
