Booked in for a silver service, had to upgrade to a gold service, not entirely sure why but that delayed the bike for a another few days and was a bit more expensive.
Rode the bike and was just unhappy on the indexing, one gear slipped and the front mech rubbed. Not what I expected after a top service.
Changed the bottom bracket and that was lovely along with the clean up. New cabling although that was due to a mechanic putting on bar tape and relocating the brake lever in the wrong position and putting strain on the cable and housing - that was shrugged off.
Just bought Tacx I-Vortex and spend money in store every week - the shop is brilliant but two less than perfect experiences in the workshop mean I will probably go elsewhere for servicing.
