Really can't complain. They provide delivery slots, text you when its on its way, update you by text etc etc. A well organised delivery.
If you are buying goods from an online retailer, always check if they use Yodel as the courier - if they do - buy the good elsewhere. Seriously. Don't be tempted by thinking it won't happen to you.
They tell you they have delivered items, which they blatantly haven't. They say they left them on your doorstep - when they clearly didn't. The support staff are laughably unhelpful and just tell you to contact your online retailer. When its clearly the courier at fault. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Had no reason to put it to the test, but in theory it does the job and its a LOT cheaper than the car hire company prices...!
Items were all as described, so no complaints there. Just seems odd that the order was split into separate items and all packed and delivered separately...
Website is a bit clunky - not the slickest piece of design. however can't fault the speed of delivery or their prices...so worth sticking with!
