Got a Ted Baker wallet for a birthday present worth £75. Within 6 months of having it, the colour started to fade and it wasn't in the condition i got it in. To be fair, spending that much money on a wallet and for it to just wear out that quick is just not on. Anyway, i rang up Ted Baker and they asked for me to send over the wallet 31/12/2013. They recevied the wallet on the 02/01/2014. 2 weeks after this date there was no contact from the company and i had to ring them to see if they had got the wallet that i sent to them. After 5 days of phone called they finally said they have got the wallet and it was being examined. 3 weeks later they have confirmed a refund, to which bank account i am unsure of as it was a gift. When emaling them they would only respond the next day on the email along with a phone call! Terrible customer service! Will never buy from Ted Baker again!
