good at taking money no good at paying out.
Its like having no insurance at all when you come to claim unless you have receipts for everything you brought 2 years ago, have your baggage strapped to your body constantly via locked chains or by not moving from your hotel....ever.
Why bother, save your money and look elsewhere.
First HTC One was dead on arrival, took a bit of fiddling to get hold of customer services as emails just bounced back but after a phone call things got back on track.
Turn around was a week and now have working phone.
All in all not bad, but certainly room for improvement on the contact side.
