Horrendous company - absolute joke

This company are an absolute joke, maybe everyone should contact amazon and ask why they would use such a company! I ordered a curtain on 4th October it didn't arrive and in November I asked for a refund and was advised it was on its way, I said I didn't want it as it was too late and I was going to buy it elsewhere. I was asked to refuse delivery which I did when it finally turned up a week later. Emailed several times and still no refund. A week later Hermes try to deliver curtain pole and I refused delivery again. The driver was trying to make me sign for it and then send it back. I had to close the door on him after 5 minutes of confrontation. I have sent several emails and complained. It is now 9th December and still I have no refund. Please don't give this company your business! Unless you have money to throw away!

I was telephone at 6.45am to say my fridge freezer would be delivered in the afternoon, it took a while to understand the person on the phone as their english was extremely poor. The fridge freezer arrived and I was told that it would be left on the kerb as they do not deliver in the house, I asked them how i was meant to get it into my kitchen as i had a baby in my arms and i am also registered disabled, they didnt seem to care. I said that i would refuse delivery and order from Argos or comet as they deliver into the house. The man rang his manager and i was told that i would have to pay £90 if i refused delivery in a rude tone of voice which again was very poor in the English language. Please do not order from such an awful company which does not believe in any sort of customer services.
