Fast delivery and really competitive prices.
Came across this company on the web and was amazed at how competitive their prices were. I did a test purchase as I doubted they were legit but everything was fine and since then I have used them all the time for my soaps, shampoos etc. They deliver really quickly and communicate regularly from acceptance of order through to estimated day of delivery. A really excellent company.
Branded Bathrooms
Advertising goods that are not available when ordered and paid for.
Ordered and paid for shower enclosure, two days later get an email saying that the one I ordered was not available but offering a “similar” one for the same price. After investigating through the net I discovered the replacement offered was not of the same spec and considerably cheaper elsewhere. They did however refund my money but it took ten days. The original shower enclosure was still being advertised on their website.

We contacted you as soon as we were aware of the stock shortage and offered you an alternative or to wait until the products returned to stock. The alternative was of a similar cost price to us, albeit you may have been able to see it cheaper elsewhere.
We use paypal for processing payments who do take between 7-10 days to process refunds.
