Fantastic Service
I was fed up with paying over inflated prices at my vets so took a look online. VioVet had the best prices I could find, even with my vets prescription fee added on. The delivery is unbelievably fast too, usually arriving the following day.

Slow delivery / Item not actually in stock?
Ordered a dishwasher that was supposed to take 5-7 days to arrive.
7 days later I was emailed to say that it wasn't in stock and new stock was due in 14 days.
The dishwasher arrived 23 days after placing the order. Luckily we weren't in a rush otherwise the order would have been cancelled.
The delivery team were very helpful and I was advised of a 2hr delivery slot in advance, and then contact on the day by the driver. This was much better than some companies who leave you waiting on a 9-5 slot.
