We arrived at the easybus stop in Central London going to Stansted, really looking forward to a break for my partner's birthday. The bus arrived and the driver rudely refused to let us on the bus as we had not printed the tickets. They were on my phone but because they were not physically printed we would have to pay again if we wanted to get on the bus!! We then missed this bus and I was left running around stressing trying to find an Internet cafe to print the tickets in order to get to the airport in time! It's 2014 and we are still having to print paper tickets when the confirmation is on my phone! Will definitely not be using this service or recommending it to anyone. Thanks for the stressful start to our break easybus. We will use [External reference] next time, much friendlier and much better service.
