Ok I am shopping around for a while as I am a Whisky collector, I have come across some Online shops and their services. I have to say I placed my first Order with Abbey Whisky and received the package unexpected 3 days later. From Scotland to Germany I have to say. I than received an Email from one of the Sales or Office guys "Mike" special thanks to you and he was asking if I am happy with my purchase and I thought gosh, really this type of customer support still exists? I am a Sales guys since I am 17 so I do know about how you should value your customers and have experienced how you shouldnt especially in those expensive markets like Whisky and Rum. So now I am already in good Email contact with Mike and would already say, I would take him out for a fine glas of Whisky just because of this first welcoming Email and the contact afterwards. I lived 5 years in the UK (Leeds) and the saying might be right the further you come to the North the more friendly they are. I feel already as a valued customer, if we can keep this momentum, we will have some nice business I am sure and some good contacts, who knows maybe sometime 1 glas of Whisky together. Many thanks so far Abbey Whisky and p.s. maybe you should hold some seminars in Germany, how you should treat your customers, we Germans are in big need of it ;)
