No problems whatsoever. Very competitive price and easy to use website. No confirmation that order is out for delivery - that would be a nice touch, though.

Good info, good price and prompt service
The web site has lots of very good info (which initially drew me to the site) which I have used to order spare parts. This time around I ordered a full new shower. The cost of the shower was very competative and arrived promptly. I was kept well informed on the order progress. I have no problem with recommending The Shower Doctor for spares or new kit.

Quick, reliable service at a good price.
Good service. Returns are painless too. I like the iPhone version of the website - makes ordering very easy. I have no problem recommending Rock+Run.
