My order was for my son I paid to get it delivered by a parcel service two items came that way and in good time but third item is still not here my order was placed 28/12/13. When emailed a week later I was told to allow 28days which is horrible as ment to come by messenger not main post I have just had to re-email them today 28/01/14 as I am still missing an item yet company had no delay in taking any money
