I ordered a case of wine from them, since the weather in my state was very hot they actually called me to ask if I wanted them to hold my shipping since the hot weather could potentially ruin the wine. That really showed me their willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Their prices are usually on par or cheaper than other wine sites. What makes them better than other wine sites in my opinion is their selection of older vintage wines, you simply can't find them from many other wine sites online. Need a rare Opus One vintage? They usually have it, in stock too.
