Messed up my order, accessories had leaked batteries, did not work, no help

I would give no stars if I could. They sent me a wrong game and sent me accessories in an unacceptable condition. I know that I am buying used goods but I do expect them to be working! They had left the batteries inside the microphones (for SingStar) which had leaked and consequently had dried up, leaving white powder like residue inside one of the microphones - which is a clear indication that they do not check what they are sending out! Additionally the USB cable that they sent (to attach the microphones to the console) was broken, the metal part of the cable was almost falling off. I sent an email about this (and attached pictures of the microphone and game and usb cable) and they said that they aim to respond in 48 hours, its been almost a week and I have not heard from. Terrible service. Quite dissatisfied.
