Prompt efficient service.
My order arrived on the doorstep before the e-mail notifying me of despatch had been sent! That's how quick the order was processed. I can't fault the service or the product (Infra red heat lamp). Excellent service and product.

Excellent service and delivery; iffy instructions.
The service from Waltons was perfect; good price, good contact, good delivery. However the instruction manual for the metal shed was far from adequate. The instructions were in the Ikea style of cartoon and diagram with little or no written message. The promised two men taking six hours stretched to three men taking twelve hours. Poor illustrations led to some parts being misconstructed, which extended the time taking them apart and putting them back together again. The base came with only two large fixing bolts for four corners, some of the machined holes did not marry up and had to be redrilled. Notwithstanding erection problems we now have a very good shed. The finished article is robust, fireproof and attractive.
