I phoned Clipsley Pet Shop a few weeks ago to enquire about an item on their website that comes with three options. The item was out of stock. Caron took my details and called me when the item was back in stock, remembering our conversation about my colour choice (a mermaid statue for my 4 year old's first aquarium as a Xmas present) and helped me complete the order and then sent a personalised message to me in the post. I would definately use Clipsley again and thank Caron for her outstanding customer service
Thank you so much for cleaning and replating my diamond ring. It arrived today and looks amazing!! I'm so delighted with it.
