Ordered my tree in October to avoid the rush, not needed till 2nd week of December - arrived Friday 31 November! Started off not worrying, was told it was delayed a week or 2, thought that was OK, time went by, not heard, so called up to check on progress.
Ended up Calling twice and sending email to customer support. Big problem with trees coming from China - got told a different reply each time, when the company knew they had not even got the trees. Did get a reply from my email, and people were courteous so I guess the problem was a bit out of their hands, but I think they should have emailed customers and let them know there would be a considerable delay possibly.
Ordered new trampoline net, which came with new poles and foam. As soon as bank holidays over received this with a warning of arrival email - very happy.
