Gamestation
Website ok but in-store is better!
Gamestation seems to be pushing its online store a little too much. The website is becoming cluttered with useless features such as "talk to the gamers"??? Why do i need to socialise with random staff who i do not know?
Let the stores do the job of selling games to gamers - far better experience! I rate your in-store service 5/5 and your online service 2/5!

Super fast delivery! Excellent customer service. Have purchased many electrical items including large white goods and in the event of a fault have had goods replaced within 48 hours!

BUYERS BEWARE!
Had 4 faulty tv's from this dishonest supplier! (pictures to follow shortly)
Once they have your money they don't want to know if you have any problems. Staff have no product knowledge and even dismiss trading standards involvement!
The manager of the Halliwell Road store even refused a refund (the call was recorded by myself as were many others where the Sale of Goods Act was clearly ignored!)
Flatscreen tv's were seen to be laid on their side on the floor in the shop, was even told this was ok - someone needs re-educating! So you can only imagine how they are looked after in the warehouse!
Our case is now with a solicitor. Be warned, dont fall foul of this back street company. Shop elsewhere and safeguard your purchase!

Some of your comments are sander and we never doctor reviews on any website. We are quite happy to post all correspondence that you have sent to our business and return letters that we have posted back so that all customers can see for themselves if we are a 'back street company'.
It saddens me that you have chosen to put this in the hands of your solicitors however it is quite clear of your intentions.
If any customer would like to speak to myself you are happy to ring, email or come in person. Our business is built on customer reputation which is why we have just picked up a national award for 'Best UK Retailer 2011', which is voted by customers.
