Gamestation seems to be pushing its online store a little too much. The website is becoming cluttered with useless features such as "talk to the gamers"??? Why do i need to socialise with random staff who i do not know?
Let the stores do the job of selling games to gamers - far better experience! I rate your in-store service 5/5 and your online service 2/5!
Had 4 faulty tv's from this dishonest supplier! (pictures to follow shortly)
Once they have your money they don't want to know if you have any problems. Staff have no product knowledge and even dismiss trading standards involvement!
The manager of the Halliwell Road store even refused a refund (the call was recorded by myself as were many others where the Sale of Goods Act was clearly ignored!)
Flatscreen tv's were seen to be laid on their side on the floor in the shop, was even told this was ok - someone needs re-educating! So you can only imagine how they are looked after in the warehouse!
Our case is now with a solicitor. Be warned, dont fall foul of this back street company. Shop elsewhere and safeguard your purchase!
