Good, on this occasion
Had numerous, really good experiences with this company until a couple of years ago when an order went missing and communication on the matter was very poor. Decided to 'risk' it again and the result was very good. A tentative thumbs up.

Good value item, although frame only average quality. Postage dear.
The map I ordere is very good, and also very good value. I chose the option to have it framed, which was also pretty good value. The frame itself is only average quality (not terribly well finished). Postage seemed expensive at nearly £10 for a relatively light weight item, although it was fairly large which may explain this. Deliver was prompt.

Regarding the postage cost, unfortunately couriers calculate the cost on the basis of 'volumetric weight' which basically means that the large size of the frame determines the price above the weight. We also need to factor in the labour costs and price of the packaging.
Customers are worth noting that multiple frame purchases (up to 6) do not increase the postage price.
