My Seale Kingsize mattress arrived in a filthy polythene wrapping. My husband was covered in thick dust whilst unwrapping it only then to find the mattress was torn in several areas around the boundary of the mattress. Upon notifying Land of Beds (LOB) they advised me that they had no more in stock and Seale would have to replace it direct - three weeks on I am expecting a replacement on Wednesday! Although, not quite sure when they are picking up the damaged one.
LOB acted swiftly upon my complaint (after emailing photos of the damaged mattress), but I was disappointed that I had to wait for the manufacturers to replace and to wait three weeks.
