The website makes it easy to browse the products and the choice is good. Once ordered that's when it all goes wrong unfortunately: poor communication about lead times, few options, slow responses and terrible communication organising delivery. For example: there is only one delivery slot PER WEEK for an area, if you miss it or can't make that day it's at least another week before they can deliver.
I would not use them again. If I had known about the small options for delivery and the once-a-week only option available I would not have ordered. If you care about when your mattresss arrives then please go elsewhere, it'll be worth the extra £10 or so saved for the ability to have it delivered soon and when you are able to receive it.
