I purchased a printer at PC World in Dublin about a year ago. Did not work when I got it home. Brought it back next day. Got a refund. A few days ago I purchased a laptop that turned out to be a total piece of junk. Blank screen. Would not load. Keyboard typed wrong characters. Brought it back next day. Full no hassle refund to my credit card. (Have receipt but still tracking until credit has completed in my account. I expect it to be good.) I found all the Individuals and managers I interacted with to be very helpful. However I have to wonder how I could leave the store with such a junker after all the service and tech analysis. Would it have been different had I brought it back say in a week instead of the very next day? I would love to be able to bill for the wasted time. They gave me a complete refund and customer service overall was good. After my printer and laptop experience it makes no sense to return or recommend. Take the refund and run. PS all the staff were very good.
