excellent knowledgable friendly service

Regarding an online order. Had some problems with receiving goods that were not the size I ordered. THIS WAS NOT ROCK + RUN'S FAULT. The goods had been incorrectly labeled by the manufacturer. Rock + Run were instantly and effectively helpful regarding this problem.
