Unfortunately, I am still chasing a refund after 2 full months.
My goods have not arrived and they do not respond to my emails.
I would really suggest that this company is avoided - unless you have too much money and don't care about having to send mail after mail and get no response.
I have learnt a lesson - never buy from a website that has no phone number to contact them on - and if ordering off a new site for the first time - check for web review - no matter how well the site is laid out!
I will be taking legal action - and have been assured by my solicitor that the company will be liable for legal costs - so though it may take me more effort, their shocking service will end up costing them. I suggest anyone else in the same boat take the same approach.
If they are unable to deliver your goods due to stock reasons, they will simply ignore emails.
It has been 8 weeks, they still owe me £220 and they do not respond to emails.
I have sent over 15 emails to try track my goods - I have had 2 totally unsatisfactory responses.
There is a reason that they have no phone number on their website!
Absolutely avoid at all costs!
