Extreme Shield

Excellent customer service!!!

I ordered the HD Crystal Case and HD screen protector for my new ipad Air. I received an email from them stating that the case was out of stock, which I found disappointing as it stated on the site that it was in stock when I ordered it. But I wasn't too bothered so emailed them to say I was ok to wait. I very promptly received another email stating that as a gesture of goodwill they would send me free of charge an extreme SX signature sleeve, I was very pleased with this and was totally unexpected.

They then sent me the sleeve and the screen protector, which I have to say both were of very good quality. The sleeve they sent me is lovely and is made of very high quality leather and cashmere and fits my new ipad lovely. As a free gift I believe extreme shield went over and above what they needed to do and I am most grateful!

My case arrived a few days later and unfortunately was damaged, due to a small crack on the side of the case. I contacted Extreme Shield by email and sent them a picture, within 24hrs they had replied to my email stating that they were sorry and would send me a replacement case straight away. This was today so hopefully I will receive the case over the next couple of days.

There are a couple of negative comments on this site concerning Extreme Shield but all I can say is that I have the utmost faith in using this company and would do again, their customer service for me was exceptional and I would like to thank them so much!!

PC Game Supply

Brilliant service, fast and efficient.

I have to say I was unsure about using this service as their had been some negative reviews. However I decided to give it ago and have to say it was flawless!! Got both codes within minutes and was able to purchase a game from my USA account.

Only downside was it stated that I was only allowed to purchase £41.99 worth of credit in one transaction within a 24 hour period. So I bought two different card amounts in two different transactions and this caused no issues, other than that great service!


Shocking Service!!!

First thing I must say is that I wish I had took notice of all the negative reviews for this company!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an item which was shown as in stock..... They processed the payment a couple of days later and I received an email stating that I should receive delivery within 5 working days and that I would receive a tracking number.

5 days later NO tracking number so contacted them only to be told that the item was packaged to be delivered and that I would receive the the tracking number some time over the weekend..... this did not arrive!

Contacted company again and was told that due to a backlog of deliveries there was a slight delay but I should receive the tracking number with a day or two...... Yet again nothing happened!!

Contacted them again and was told that they would chase it up with their warehouse and that I should ring back a few hours later. I did this and was told that despatches usually take up to 24 hours to reply to the sales dept !!!!! I tried to explain tried to explain to the very impatient girl that I had been told to ring back just a few hours prior and was promptly told by the girl that she could not do anything about the order and that I should receive it by the end of the week. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told 'NO' I could not because they dont speak to customers (so what do they do all day? sit on their arses while people arent getting their goods???). I then requested a refund only to be told by the girl who at this point was very dismissive and was talking over the top of me that I would have to email them and then they would have to contact despatches which would take up to a further 24 hours.

The girl then stated that once this had been done then a refund would be arranged which could take up to 10 days to process. I found this very unsatisfactory and the way I was spoken to was disgusting. If this is what B4UDirect calls customer service they should be shut down from trading. So at the moment I have no clock (which was actually a gift) and £60 out of pocket until a refund comes through..... thats if it does come through. I would advise anyone looking to purchase from this compay to stay well clear and only wish I had taken notice of the other reviews before ordering.
