I have to say I was unsure about using this service as their had been some negative reviews. However I decided to give it ago and have to say it was flawless!! Got both codes within minutes and was able to purchase a game from my USA account.
Only downside was it stated that I was only allowed to purchase £41.99 worth of credit in one transaction within a 24 hour period. So I bought two different card amounts in two different transactions and this caused no issues, other than that great service!
First thing I must say is that I wish I had took notice of all the negative reviews for this company!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased an item which was shown as in stock..... They processed the payment a couple of days later and I received an email stating that I should receive delivery within 5 working days and that I would receive a tracking number.
5 days later NO tracking number so contacted them only to be told that the item was packaged to be delivered and that I would receive the the tracking number some time over the weekend..... this did not arrive!
Contacted company again and was told that due to a backlog of deliveries there was a slight delay but I should receive the tracking number with a day or two...... Yet again nothing happened!!
Contacted them again and was told that they would chase it up with their warehouse and that I should ring back a few hours later. I did this and was told that despatches usually take up to 24 hours to reply to the sales dept !!!!! I tried to explain tried to explain to the very impatient girl that I had been told to ring back just a few hours prior and was promptly told by the girl that she could not do anything about the order and that I should receive it by the end of the week. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told 'NO' I could not because they dont speak to customers (so what do they do all day? sit on their arses while people arent getting their goods???). I then requested a refund only to be told by the girl who at this point was very dismissive and was talking over the top of me that I would have to email them and then they would have to contact despatches which would take up to a further 24 hours.
The girl then stated that once this had been done then a refund would be arranged which could take up to 10 days to process. I found this very unsatisfactory and the way I was spoken to was disgusting. If this is what B4UDirect calls customer service they should be shut down from trading. So at the moment I have no clock (which was actually a gift) and £60 out of pocket until a refund comes through..... thats if it does come through. I would advise anyone looking to purchase from this compay to stay well clear and only wish I had taken notice of the other reviews before ordering.
