Appalling woeful genetically inclined to zero customer service, with insulting RUDE and OFFICIOUS EMPLOYEES at the MERSEY RETAIL site in Liverpool
Bought a Sony TV and stand, however could not fit them together as the stand was not correct. Took 5 days to get the right bits in order to mount the TV. Returned to say the TV wasn't working within 27 days of buying it, and 22 days of actually being able to use it.
I has bought the Know How Premium option from them and had phoned them before going to the store. They ran through some questions and said to go back to the store and return the TV.
The jobs worth at the customer service said that it was now out of repalcement and all they could do was to repair it, and use Know How. When I told him what Know How had said, his reply was that they were wrong.
So the tech people of Currys say one thing and customer service say something else. I'm left with a dud TV and NO SUPPORT FROM CURRYs.
Do yourself a massive favour and don't go near this ignorant company with no aspect of service and support.
Worst thing I have ever bought, worst level of customer service I have ever known. Obviously rules sent down from the top and implemented by jobs worths.
