Turned up at Luton EasyBus stop to find people - some of whom had been waiting for 2 (yes 2!) hours in the cold, wind and rain for the bus to arrive. This means at least 4 buses didn't bother to turn up even though people had prebooked and paid for tickets for those times. When we tried to contact easybus no one was there to answer the phone. When one bus finally did turn up, the driver refused to speak to any of us, and ignored those who had been waiting the longest, point blank ignored anyone who spoke to him, didn't even bother to help the older people with their bags and we were left to wait another half hour for the next one without the driver even saying one word.
[External reference] offers a £5 upgrade to any of their coaches if you show them your easybus ticket. Totally worth it. In fact, don't even bother to book with easybus in the first place. Even if it is £2, what's the point if the buses don't actually come. Thank god we'd all already been on our flights.
