If you want to buy from a company that has no contact details listed on their Web site (breaking the UK distance selling law) - go ahead, but if something goes wrong, you will be left with never-answered contact forms.
Spam is the real issue as well. Once you buy, you become life-time reader of endless promotional email with NO options to unsubscribe (breaking another law, but do they care?).
Have been using Interparcel for years with fairly good service, but as of late it has become absolutely appalling so I have to pull the plug.
Booked a DHL to Germany yesterday, driver did not show up, email to customer support is unanswered, so had to phone a premium rate number next day to arrange another collection (there's been no explanation why it has not been collected), which - surprise! - did not happen again.
Spent another 15 minutes on expensive line and after no explanation again or real help had to cancel the order and use old Royal Mail instead.
Looking at other reviews, company is in serious troubles and I can't see them trading next year.
