I am unable to give a final review as the greenhouse has not yet been assembled due to bad weather.
Ordering was easy and the order letter was missing a shelf I had paid for. When I rang it was explained why and I was promised one from another source soon, it arrived at 8 am the following morning, fantastic service.
The delivery was as scheduled and the driver was superb. On time, helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I rang the transport department to pass on my satisfaction at this excellent service.
I completed the sub assemblies this morning and all parts were present. I followed the plans easily but thought the 'door gable end' section could have been clearer.
Only 1 hour ago I rang Halls to ask If I had to check my glass pack as delivery was 7 days ago and breakages should be reported during this time. The lady advised me not to unpack the glass as the wind was bad and told me the period for notifying breakages was extended until the weather allowed final assembly. Again plain common sense.
So until the greenhouse is finally assembled to its base I cannot give a final review but up to now I am more than pleased with the service provided by the company and have no hesitation in recommending them. A pleasure to do business.
