Awful, Scam artists!

This company is such a scam! Purchased a Zorbing for Two for my Partners birthday, been trying to book to be told that they have been fully booked up to July since last year (bought voucher in January) so that is 6 months gone from my voucher and then to be told that despite me buying an all week experience, they only do Fridays or I can pay an additional £69 to book on a Saturday!!! And when you phone them to complain, they just read off the 'terms' attached to the product. Yet when I explained that no where on the 'term's read out does it state you can only take this experience on a Friday. I then said so thats 4 days out of a month I have to try to book, the advisor, then simply repeated the terms of the product.

They are in my opinion, complete waste of time and money and if you want to spend money and not be able to offer the receipient an actual usable gift, then BUYAGIFT is the place to go, otherwise I would STAY AWAY! An absolute disgrace! Will NEVER use them again.

I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with us. The zorbing experiences are one of our most popular and it's therefore always advisable to book well in advance in order to secure a date. We do state in the voucher information that all dates are subject to availability, in order to encourage our customers to book in advance.

If there is ever limited availability for an experience we will always do everything we can to give you more time to use your voucher; I can see from the notes on our system that one of my colleagues helped you to ensure you could still book with your voucher. I do apologise for the disappointment caused by the situation, if you would like to discuss this further please email me at

MADE.COM - epitome of bad customer service

I would think twice before ordering from Their 'delivery partner' which is HDNL is extremely slow and offer no communication whatsoever from collection to delivery. On average take around 3 working days to reply to an email and then another 3 days when you reply to their response.

I spent over £1,200 on a Sofa set, but both the sofa and chair arrived damaged. I emailed to advise of the damage and they just sent out a template based email where they serve you up a paragraph about how if you wish to return the damaged item, you must do so in secure packaging as you are responsible for any further damage caused during transit!

Then they offered me a voucher to spend on their site with 'no minimum spend'. So I initially accepted the voucher, however, when I got to the checkout (ordering within the voucher amount), I still had to pay the £10-£20 delivery per item so was still faced with a £50 delivery charge! This is using the voucher they offered for receiving and keeping damaged items!
I reluctantly paid the delivery charge, however, when these items arrived they were damaged! IT was then I decided my custom with MADE.COM was over! I asked for the sofa suite to be sent back along with the footstool I ordered with the voucher as all were damaged and I was not prepared to have my whole lounge full of DAMAGED items from

I had an email stating a collection had been arranged on 4th July and that the courier would contact me when they were ready to collect.

I waited until 17th July when I rang their customer services and complained. I got a call back from Amanda within a hour, where I was advised that HDNL were collecting tomorrow (18th July) between 7-11am. I thought wow, how convenient considering I had waited 10 working days without hearing anything from them, but I was just happy that the items were being collected.

After they were collected, I emailed confirming collection and asked when a refund would be issued. It is now 18:10 on 23rd July (time of writing this) and they have not yet even bothered to reply back to me. is the epitome of bad customer service.
