First and last time i will be using this company. My tickets hadnt turned up after over a week so i called the really expensive "help" line. I was told that if they havent turned up then I would need to re-buy the tickets. I said that this was ludicrous and i was told that "well its puts you in a bad place because there is nothing you can do" so in a word tough! The fact they havent turned up is their responsibility, not mine. This is the whole reason why we have the distance selling law to stop jokers like this taking your money for invisible products. NEVER use this company. They are theives!

I have repoted bravofly to CAA's Regulatory Protection Group, specifically the section (formerly the Air Transport Users Council) and they do not have an ATOL license. They are selling tickets illegally. Bravofly are set up as a search engine only and cannot take payment from you as it is illegal.
