Viovet were fine but Citylink were incompetent and dishonest.

On four occasions Citylink claimed to be making a delivery,then they claimed to have left a card at my address.This was a lie on all four occasions,and the photos they provided as evidence did not show my flat,nor,indeed,anything identifiable.
Although the Viovet staff attempted to resolve this issue,they were hampered by not having an alternative to Citylink.
After the fourth failed delivery I cancelled the order,and am awaiting my refund.
