If this is a priority service, I dread to think what a normal service is

Its January 2014
-Its around 5 degrees C
-12 days without heating
-1 disabled lady + 4 small children
-4 days to come out (and thats a priority service)
-8 days to order a part
-They have made me wait in all day and then call me to say "we're sorry but we LOST the part"
-To say I am fuming does not even cut it, we have now had to move out and I would like to thank Home Energy Services for the significant loss of income and extra expense we have incurred.
-Bottom line from EON "sorry, not our problem, we sold the company and they are continuing to use our logo and goodwill" NICE ONE!
