This company is one of the few who knows how to deal with people and provide an excellent service. Although I have not yet managed to get my laptop up and running as yet (due to no fault on Orca's part) they still consistently try to help to find a solution and have now sent me a 3rd module to try along with experienced advise. They are quick to respond to phone and email messages have deliver promptly and efficiently. I wish all companies operated in this way. Thanks in particular to Claire who has spent a great deal of time with me on the phone trying to find a solution to my ancient laptop! Keep up the good work. Landi (Scottish borders)
This company is utterly atrocious to deal with. Whether or not they are a scam I do not know, but I refuse to give any business to any company who have absolutely no knowledge of customer service, it is non existent! This company left me completly flat broke after taking the money from my account 2 months before it was agreed! After many many costly phonecalls, messages and emails trying desperately to get someone to talk to me and sort this mess out I got nothing, not a sausage, no return email, no return phonecall, no apology, no offer to compensate for the total mess they had created. After being excited about booking for my summer holidays what I was left with was stress, an empty bank account and bank charges racking up. and now NO holiday!! I did eventually get my money back minus the bank charges but such companies don't deserve anyones business and I have now cancelled my booking! I will never use this company and suggest that everyone be very weary of them. If companies dont care about looking after customers its because they have no reason to require repeat business!
