That said, I've had a few problems with VirginMedia, as such, Customer Service.
I've had a few problems with VMMobile, and the billing has been incorrect, I've found the problem and took it too their customer service.
I had to be put through 4 times, to FOUR different people.. and it still wasn't solved.
Also, It seems the only way to save money is to "threat" you'll be tempted to leave for a cheaper company, for them to react and give you a better deal..
I found the product was fair priced, decent delivery time and customer service I assumed would be fine (I didn't need to deal with them).
Would love to see more offers on Protien, as that is the only thing I usually use, along with friends of mine.
