Charged me for something I never received

Found a deal I thought was too good to pass on, unfortunately it was too good to be true. Confirmation email said it was in stock, after a week (when I'd already been charged, despite being told this would only happen on dispatch) I got in contact to be told it would be sent in a week.

Week later, still nothing, so got in contact again. Same story, would be dispatched within a week. 21 days after I placed the order, and 18 days after I was charged for it, I received an email saying it had been cancelled "but don't worry, you haven't been charged."

Had to call to receive a refund, and also guarantee they would cover any credit card fees incurred due to their 'mistake.'

I will not use this company again.
