We are sorry to hear of the problems customer experienced with the address and locating their order. The address which showed on the order placed by the customer through the Web Site, showed to be delivered to 1A Stoneleigh Close, but we received a call from a lady who lived at No. 1 stating that the goods have been delivered to her in error as there is not a registered 1 'A' address. We are pleased that our customer under the agreement with the lady at No. 1 was able to retrieve their goods satisfactory in the end. Our system does send out a confirmation e-mail moments after an order being placed, which should confirm all details to our customer's and should allow time for they to call us up or contact us to inform us of any problems they can spot or any anomalies with regards to the details of order. However, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we hope that this experience will not deter the customer from shopping with us in the future.
