Quality clothing and good service
I've shopped online at Next ever since moving to the Highlands, and I love their service. They don't charge me extra to ship here, and the items are good quality. I can return free of charge, and on the odd occasion I've had an issue the staff are courteous and responsive, and always sort the problems out. What more could you want?
John Lewis
Excellent customer service
I purchased a Panasonic microwave from John Lewis online. The rpice was the cheapest with them, which surprised me as I didn't think of John Lewis as a cheap company. Just outside of warranty my microwave developed a serious fault which was potentially dangerous. I contacted them expecting the usual "get lost, its out fo warranty", but to my surprise they immediately apologised and arranged for the new model of the microwave to be delivered in a few days. As a result I have since been back to them to buy a new washing machine, and would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Dreadful service, rude, unhelpful
Absolute rubbish. I had been a loyal customer of this company for years. They recently started surcharging for deliveries to my area, but despite ordering over the phone didn't inform me. They then cancelled my order and refunded me without notifying me as I hadn't paid the £25 charge they didn't tell me about. When I complained they decided to refuse to supply me any more. Unbelievable.

Brilliant personal service and fab beads
What a great range of beads and findings. I've been looking for pure copper findings forever, and now I've found them. Magpie Jewellery has loads of great stuff I love, and my order arrived the day after I placed it.

Brilliant range and fast service
I used Partyrama to buy a range of themed items to decorate my shop windows. They are miles cheaper than a dedicated window dressing site, and the items I bought have already got an increase in visitors into my shop and loads of comments. The order arrived within a couple of days (to the highlands of Scotland) and everything I bought was good quality. Needless to say, the next time I need to re-do my shop windows I'll be back for more.
