Excellent Service. Completely happy

I order the £6 glasses (the Savannahs in P2249 Havana!) on the 16th, and received them 6 days later. I love them. Its always going to be a bit hit and miss when you cannot try a style first, but I'm so glad I did. I am mildly short-sighted, and the price for these prescription specs came to less than £12 overall which is unbeatable. In fact, I prefer them to my more expensive glasses which I bought from the still very reasonable Glasses Direct. The only issue I have is that my order details haven't caught up to the actual order yet (still showing as 'in progress' when in fact they have been delivered) Definately would recommend.

From start to finish this has been an excellent service. I received my four trial glasses quickly and sent them back no hassle - just dropped them in a postbox.
The order process was simple. I was given updates on the status of both pairs of my glasses, and received them 1 week after I ordered them. I was very happy with the quality, and with the price. Whilst I did a 'cheap' order this time, I'd be happy to place a more expensive order next time now that I'm confident of the service.

Excellent Online Service

I ordered a Merrell coat yesterday late afternoon at a bargain price - and it arrived at 10am this morning, although I only selected standard delivery. I can't ask for more than that really. No issues at all.

No update, no item, no good

11 days ago - 'Thank you for your new order. We will update you with the progress of your order over the next 2 working days. '

I havent recieved an update, and I havent recieved my order either. Having read the thread on http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/ I can't imagine I'm going to get too far either. I emailed yesterday but have heard nothing back. I will pursue this even though I spent very little as its not acceptable to ignore the customer.

Service needs improvement

Overall, not bad, not great, but definately the cheapest option I found online.

I ordered: one satnav, one case, next day delivery. (I ordered at 1pm on Day 1)

The order was processed same day b4 4pm, but the item didnt get sent till the next morning (Day 2), which meant it arrived with me the day after (Day 3), which isnt next day delivery by 3pm as promised.

When it did arrive, the case was missing. The satnav is brand new and sealed.

I emailed to complain, and to be fair I did get a prompt response (within a couple of hours).

Apparently delay was 'caused by a problem with getting the stock from our warehouse to the offices for dispatch.' and 'Due to not having stock of the case, instead of delaying the delivery of your Satnav any further, we created another order on with your case and dispatched the unit.'

I have no idea whether there's any truth in that lot, however the case arrived on Day 5 by 1st class, so they did dispatch as soon as possible after they emailed me back.

The delivery delay isnt acceptable as far as I'm concerned - when I pay for next day delivery thats advertised so prominently on the website, thats what I expect, and if I'm not going to get it, the very least I expect is an email informing me as such. Same with the out of stock item - if its out of stock, tell me about it, don't just omit it from my order.

I'm not sure I'd use them again - we're talking about a reasonable sum of money thats being spent, and whilst a bargain price is appealling, if reliablity is at stake, I think I'd rather pay a bit more.
