After putting on my order I realised that my postal ddress was incorrect. I called immediately to amend and was told to reply to the confirmation email with the problem and give the new address, which I did. After no response I called again only to be told my photo book had been sent to the wrong address and there was nothing they could do. I sent another email asking desperately for help as I don't even live in England, and still have had no reply. So in short the service is abysmal, and I would recommend customers steer clear of this company, they will not help you in any way.
