Bought a 3 port central heating valve and the price was competitive with a picture and description on the website. It arrived a couple of days later with no problems.

I can not trust them.
I updated my visa card details when brousing their site and got billed for £1.00. This was highlighted by Barclays and as i had not purchased anything from Play, my card was cancelled and I had to wait 2 days ofr a replacement.
I will not go near Play.com ever again!

Competative prices, customer service and delivery
Good prices combined with a very good selection of bathroom kit make this an online retailer to check every time.
Being online, the delivery experience is particularly important and Plumbworld's relationship with YODEL seems to work well.
I have not received a damaged item as yet and the delivery schedule is better communicated than with some other carriers.
The ability to deliver to a specific room and unpack if required is another advantage not usually offered.
Overall, a supplier to trust.
